Hi, I’m Minjie. Welcome to my homepage! I am currently a postdoctoral researcher collaborating with Prof. Hongteng Xu at the Gaoling School of Artificial Intelligence, Renmin University of China, where I received my Ph.D. degree. My research centers on computational optimal transport, graph representation, OT-based neural network design and AI4science, with a particular focus on protein-related tasks such as representation learning, affinity predictions, and mutation-related challenges.
