Hi, I’m Minjie. Welcome to my homepage! I am currently a Ph.D. student at the Gaoling School of Artificial Intelligence, Renmin University of China (2021-Present), under the supervision of Prof. Hongteng Xu. My research centers on optimal transport, GNNs, and AI4science, with a particular focus on protein-related tasks such as representation learning, affinity predictions, and mutation-related challenges.
